In office role - no travel to property sites
Responsibilities:
Review and prepare annual budgets and review CAM, tax, and tenant bills backs.
Setup building inspections.
Handle quotes and bids for work and work alongside with supervisor Work with vendors Write monthly operating reports Handle abstracting and administration Maintain service contracts for properties Handle capital improvement projects and building issues Assist with Ad hoc projects
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree Minimum 3 years of experience - Commercial Properties Highly computer literate Ability to multi-task Deadline and detail-oriented Team player Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$95,000.
00 - $100,000.

Monday to Friday Work Location:
In person.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
