Senior Oracle DBA

Oracle DBA with Golden Gate Location:

Required only W2 candidates.
Responsibilities:
Review and Oversee Critical Changes in Production DB environment. Ensure DB standards and tools are implemented as per global standards. Build strong client relationships with Application Managers and Production support. Performance and capacity review of Production DB environments. Analytical & Problem-solving skills. Database automation & Service Improvement. Project / Program management and implementation experience. Create complex project plans, perform impact analyses, solve/work high impact problems/projects, and provide resolution to restore services! Provide Root Cause Analysis (RCA) post restoration of service. Design testing approaches, complex processes, reporting streams, and assist with the automation of repetitive tasks. Provide technical/strategic direction to application teams. Review requirement documents, define hardware requirements and update processes and procedures as necessary. Ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements. Responsible for applications dealing with the overall operating system. Conduct project related research. Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision. Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy. Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:
Significant experience in Oracle Database Management. Experience with Oracle 12c or 19c.
