We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a PT busser/delivery/FOH assistant.
In these roles, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a clean and organized environment for our guests.

Responsibilities:
Bussing tables efficiently and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
Assisting with food and beverage delivery to customers in a timely manner.
Supporting front of house staff with various tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Answering phones promptly and courteously and addressing customer inquiries while maintaining proper phone etiquette.
Entering phone orders into the POS system promptly and accurately for processing.
Demonstrating initiative by identifying and addressing customer and restaurant needs promptly.
Exercising resourcefulness to solve problems and enhance guest experience.
Performing delivery duties when scheduled; must have reliable vehicle.
Paying close attention to detail in all duties performed.
Adapting to changing situations and assisting in different areas of the restaurant as required.
Upholding high standards of service and cleanliness at all times.
Experience:
