Inside Sales Representative - SSC - Rutherford, NJ

#### Primary Responsibilities
The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) is involved in sales of certification and training services. The ISR will be responsible for triage and re-assignment of sales leads to Regional Sales Managers based on client segmentation, as well as work actively with a list of clients towards an assigned sales target.
#### Reporting to
VP, Sales and Marketing, Healthcare and CORE, SSC
#### Specific responsibilities
Review certification and training sales leads against segmentation criteria and develop/quote or re-assign them to the proper Regional Sales Manager.
Actively engage in qualifying/developing certification and training leads in strategic categories via phone and email contact.
Actively work with list of assigned clients to complete facility questionnaires, issue quotes and win contracts towards an assigned sales target within Systems and Services Certification.
Assist in the development and maintenance of email databases in key categories.
Ensure forecasting is accurate and all data related to clients is kept up to date in CRM tool
Provide accurate pipelines on a regular basis
Potentially attend industry and trade show events in support of lead generation and prospecting
Work closely with Marketing to support initiatives and proper lead assignment and follow up.
Follow up with clients on projects and initiatives when and where needed
#### Profile
Has shown success in a sales role in which leads are self developed and / or an inside sales role where lead generation / qualification was a prime responsibility
Has good experience in selling within a B2B environment, preferrably in a similar business
College degree / or equivalent work experience
Minimum 3 years experience in a sales position
#### Skills
Able to work on own and deliver high results
Understanding of lead generation / qualification and selling within a B2B environment
Strong sales acumen
Strong communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office- Word, Excel, and Outlook specifically. Experience with CRM systems an asset.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
