Plant manager



$150-190K PLUS BONUS?

The Plant Manager leads, directs and oversees all manufacturing and distribution operations within each assigned facility location. The incumbent guides multiple supporting managers in the areas of manufacturing, production, quality, maintenance, human resources, warehousing/distribution, accounting, and purchasing to ensure the timely, efficient, safe, and cost effective manufacturing of high quality products.

?? ? ? ? Directs and oversees ongoing performance efficiency of all plant functions through the establishment and monitoring of various organizational goals that seek to meet and/or exceed corporate objectives.?

????????? Completes all assigned key corporate projects, initiatives and production targets with a high level of quality and accuracy and within approved budget parameters and timeframes.

????????? Partners with Finance to develop ongoing worksite budget(s) within corporate guidelines inclusive of managing resources to control costs and optimize profitability to meet internal and external client expectations.

????????? Provides support and guidance in the management of product quality and ensures compliance with quality and sanitation policies, procedures and systems to include HACCP, GMPs and the management and reduction of consumer complaints.

????????? Continuously evaluates manufacturing capabilities and recommends future capital expenditures to accommodate future growth and/or expand current operations.

????????? Leads development and execution of all safety initiatives inclusive of designing customized action plans for various Food Safety and Quality emergency scenarios.

????????? Provides support and guidance in the management of employee performance development and ensures the timely deployment of up-to-date training materials.


????????? Minimum 10 years? experience in a manufacturing management role within the food or beverage industry with 4-5 years Plant Management experience (prefer snack food)?

????????? Bachelor?s degree in business, engineering, or manufacturing or equivalent. MBA preferred.

????????? Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups, individuals or outside vendors

????????? Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize multiple priorities and strong attention to detail.

????????? Computer skills including MS Office programs such as Outlook, Word, Excel PowerPoint.

????????? Exceptional ability to influence and empower/ strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate (verbal/writing) effectively.

????????? Self-motivated and strong analytical / problem solving skills.?

????????? Ability to collaborate at all levels of the organization and across other functional areas.

????????? Passion for manufacturing, and a change agent to help transform a culture?

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
