Coordinator, Inventory Control

Job Summary:
This position will work with the stores on a daily basis to ensure there is inventory accuracy, as well as best practices being followed, across all locations. Additionally, the Inventory Control Coordinator will work with Finance and Purchasing to make sure transactions at third party locations are up to date.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Monitor the execution of daily boutique procedures
Review cycle count adjustments.
Review boutique IMF submissions.
Review Mark out of Stock forms submitted.
Item on-hand, location, and in transit evaluation
Advise and collaborate with the stores on best practices for executing and transacting inventory movement
Partner with store employees to reconcile inventory discrepancies and inquiries related to inventory activity
Partner with Finance and Purchasing teams to transact purchase orders at the 3rd party locations
Assist the Sr Specialist with reconciliations across various locations.
Special projects and other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Competencies:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field
2 years of Inventory Control experience (corporate Finance or Supply Chain internship experience will be considered in lieu of this experience requirement)
Able to analyze date and derive conclusions
Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Self-starter, high degree of initiative and independence, but also able to work with cross functional teams and various levels within Shiseido.
Resourceful, logical and creative problem solver
Strong organizational skills, able to perform multiple projects simultaneously and efficiently
High level of accuracy, able to detect inconsistencies and errors
Action oriented, works with a sense of urgency and able to work in a fast paced environment.
Excellent computer skills - MS Office (Word, Excel, Access , Outlook)
Results and deadline oriented. Flexible with working the necessary hours to meet deadlines.
Knowledge of JDE and Kronos a plus.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
