Senior CRM Developer / Analyst

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:  Analyze, design, develop, or modify new or existing solutions to support CRM processes. Collaborate with business stakeholders and senior management to ensure CRM campaigns are configured and executed correctly Responsible for collaborating with business teams to design solutions Perform business analysis of functional and cross-functional process needs Must be able to guide solutions to meet architecture standards Work closely with vendors on solutions design, development, and deployment Responsible for technical specifications used for development Coordinate problem solving and troubleshooting actions with various IT teams and vendors Create and maintain systems documentation Perform routine administration and maintenance Facilitate and/or perform unit testing, user acceptance testing, and regression testing Work on multiple projects and/or support tickets concurrently Working Relationships/Key Stakeholders: Shiseido Brand Teams Vendors IT teams Qualifications & Competencies:  7 years IT experience required Bachelor's degree or  equivalent experience in related field Strong analytical skills - Ability to demonstrate understanding of large data sets Good communication skills: Demonstrates the ability to clearly express ideas, thoughts, and concepts verbally and/or in writing Ability to work with business and IT leaders Works cooperatively with others - strong team player a must Ability to work in a highly collaborative team environment while demonstrating the ability to solve problems independently Ability to manage small projects SDLC Strong MS SQL including stored procedures 2+ years FTP/SFTP 2+ years Linux/Unix experience 2+ years Data Mapping experience required 2+ years SOAP/REST Experience creating use case diagrams Understanding of CRM concepts in a retail environment is a plus Micros Xstore-Relate experience a plus 1800025K

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
