Field Maintenance Engineer - Production Line Equipment

Install, maintain, and repair client production machinery such as product forming machines, high speed twist, pillow and roll wrapping machines, vertical and horizontal bagging machines, over-wrap packaging machines, confectionary cooking and tempering machines, pumps, gearboxes, conveyors, bucket elevators, and pick and place packaging equipment for pharmaceuticals, dietary supplements and consumer health care products.   Install plant processing equipment including copper, stainless steel, plastic and iron pipefitting.   Interpret blueprints, sketches, schematics, and other specs.   Inspect plant equipment and machinery for proper lubrication and perform other preventive maintenance.   Perform simple adjustments, repairs, or replacements on motors, controls, and electrical equipment.   Diagnose and remedy machine faults, determine necessary repairs, strip, and reassemble.   Troubleshoot and repair vacuum, centrifugal, diaphragm, gear, and reciprocating pumps.   Layout and perform complex machining operation on replacement parts using lathes, milling machines, drills, and surface grinders.   Weld metal objects together by means of tig, oxyacetylene, brazing or arc welder apparatus.   Ensure machines or equipment are isolated from potentially hazardous energy before performing cleaning, service, or maintenance activities.   Work for a company offering top compensation packages and a plethora of benefits including company paid medical, dental and vision. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
